How intensive is the on-site coaching, really?
We don’t engage in rigid «9-to-5» coaching. I serve as your sounding board, strategic coach, and mental anchor—24 hours a day. The transformation happens between the lines: around the campfire, while hiking, during dinner, while maybe driving or in moments of absolute silence. You set the pace, but I ensure we effectively challenge and realign your system.

Why is billing based on a daily rate rather than a flat fee?
Because every journey is absolutely unique. A ten-day off-road trip through the desert requires completely different logistics, preparation, and intensity compared to five days at a luxury European hideaway. By billing based on daily rates, you pay only for the time you truly need for your reset—offering both flexibility and transparency.
Are my data and identity protected?
Absolute discretion is the foundation of my work. Many of my clients are in the public eye or hold significant corporate responsibilities. Upon request, we can sign a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before our first in-depth planning session. Whatever happens or is discussed during the trip remains strictly between us.
What happens if I need to reschedule on short notice?
Since I reserve an exclusive block in my calendar for your trip and cannot accept other engagements during that time, specific deadlines apply. We clearly outline the details—such as the tiered cancellation policy and rescheduling options—in our agreement. For separately booked flights and accommodations, I strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel cancellation insurance.
Who handles the booking of accommodations, flights, and logistics?
I create the entire concept and itinerary for you during the planning phase. Depending on what is most convenient for you, the actual booking of tickets and accommodations can either be handled directly by your executive assistant or travel agency, or I can manage the entire process for a flat logistics fee.
Can I deduct this investment as a business expense?
Since our journey involves deep work on your mental patterns, strategic direction, resilience, and leadership qualities, it is essentially intensive executive coaching or a strategic retreat. Consequently, many of my clients are able to claim the fee as a business expense for professional development or coaching. Please discuss the specific details with your tax advisor beforehand.
